These are all custom. You get to choose what it says & the color combination. The price depends on the amount of lettering & difficultly of design.
11 1/4" W x 24" H: $40.00-$65.00
This differs depending on what the sign says. The more letters, the more it is. I keep the 'Family Rules' in stock. All others are made upon order.
